I received my M.A. in Education from Seton Hall University and my B.F.A. in art from Rowan University. While in College I spent a Semester studying Art History at the University of Urbino in Italy. This experience solidified my passion for art. Upon graduation I worked as a graphic designer creating original book covers for Penguin Putnam Publishing in NYC. Eventually, I moved on to Advertising and worked as an Art Director for various Ad Agencies in NJ. After several years of experience and self-reflection I went to graduate school where I acquired my Master’s Degree and my teaching certification. I am currently in my tenth year as an Art Teacher at a public Middle School in NJ. I find creating art fulfilling, admiring art inspiring and teaching art rewarding.
